For the authors in Mainland China, please do not pay the fee on this page, but pay it by clicking on the button "Participants in Mainland China 大陆作者".
Steps and instructions：
1. Please choose the registration fee you will pay in the table below and clicking on the button "Register".
2. We strongly suggest that you choose "International credit card" on the new popup window to pay the registration fee. Please select the paper you will cover by clicking on the button "select abstract/paper (Optional)". If you did not submit any paper please ignore it.
3. One full registration (namely 525 USD, no matter you are a student or IEEE member or not) can cover up to 2 papers authorized by at least one same person. At this time, first you should choose anyone of your papers by clicking on the button "select abstract/paper", and then send an email to edssc2019@126.com to tell us the information of both the two papers you will cover. If you did not submit any paper please ignore it.
4. A registration fee includes the access to all the technical sessions, paper publication, a USB disk, three lunches, a banquet and six tea breaks.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before May 30, 2019: 50% refund.
- Cancellation after May 31, 2019: No refund.
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to edssc2019@126.com.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
6. If you need the formal receipt, please fill in your information in Apply for invoice in your account.
