Information for authors

Prospective Authors are invited to submit a FULL PAPER of typical 2 (maximum 3) pages consisting of a complete description of the proposed technical content and applicable research results, using the online submission system. All submissions should be written in English. Longer submissions may be automatically rejected. It must be prepared according to the paper preparation guidelines provided below. A submission implies a willingness to register and present the work if the paper is accepted for presentation at the Conference.

All accepted papers presented at the conference will be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI/Compendex. A Student Poster Contest will be held for both graduate and undergraduate student papers, with cash awards for the best papers. Papers should be submitted by the students.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE Communications society will take action against any author who engages in either practice. Follow these links to learn more:

2 Please add the copyright notice to your papers before creating PDFs. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper

3 Please convert your paper into PDF by using IEEE PDF eXpress(https://www.pdf-express.org/).  Please follow the PDF Instructions (Click it for downloading) and log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress(https://www.pdf-express.org/) ^TM site to create a PDF. (The conference ID is 45723X.  )

IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion may invalidate Xplore compatibility. If any of changes are desired, they should be added to the paper before a PDF is created.

4 Please log in the paper submitting website to register your information and upload your PDF version papers converted in Step 3. (title name affiliations, email, nation, section, poster or oral, abstract, published before or not ). 

5 Please click “submit” button, and you will receive an email from the committee. 

6. Please sign publication agreement by clicking the corresponding button. Note that the email address of each author should be included in the system.
